The Challenge

An outdated digital presence failing the community

The existing website was outdated with broken links and poor mobile experience. There was no CRM integration, brand inconsistency across materials, and no analytics to understand community engagement.

HLLC serves hundreds of local residents each week — they needed a digital foundation as strong as their community work.

What I Did

A complete digital ecosystem rebuild

  • Rebuilt the website on WordPress for a modern, accessible experience easy for the team to manage
  • Implemented Social Planet CRM to centralise contacts, communications and reporting
  • Developed a social media strategy to increase community engagement and event attendance
  • Created brand guidelines and Canva templates for consistent, on-brand communications
  • Set up Google Analytics and conversion tracking to measure impact and inform decisions
